I' m not much of a thermometer user when I am cooking, so I'm a bit awkward when needing one. This little gizmo is pretty easy to use, simple to clean, seems accurate, and is definitrly easy to store. I am happy with my purchase.

Simple on/off operation with Celsius and Fahrenheit button. Comes with a nice probe cover that has a nice snug fit.
